Do you or someone you love suffer from Neurological Dysregulation Syndrome (NDS)?
The presence of NDS is a key contributor of symptoms in many chronic neurological conditions including:
The presence of NDS could also be hindering you from achieving peak physical or mental performance as a(n):
Neurological Dysregulation Syndrome (NDS) is the result of chronic tension on the nervous system causing an imbalance of neurological function most often the result of unresolved physical, emotional and chemical stress, physical trauma, poor postural alignment, poor nutrition as well as some genetic factors.
These stressors cause subtle changes in how the brain functions and can alter the balance of neurotransmitters (ie. dopamine, seratonin, acetylcholine, etc). Over time these changes become encoded (this is known as neuroplasticity) in the circuitry of the nervous system altering brain wave dynamics resulting in symptoms even after the removal of the initial stressor.
The medical approach to treating these symptoms is to use drugs to alter the levels of neurotransmitters. Our approach is to use BrainCore neurofeedback training to naturally and safely regulate brainwave patterns, correcting neurological dysregulation (NDS) and balancing the release of neurotransmitters.
NDS can be identified utilizing a non-invasive Quantitative Electroencephalograph (QEEG) evaluation which we refer to as a Brain Map or Q. This evaluation is performed in our office and the recording is sent to a sophisticated computer database which identifies the specific neurologic dysregulated pattern, enabling us to create and implement a customized and scientifically proven training protocol to make positive and often permanent neuroplastic changes naturally, without the use of medications.
The office will be closed on the following dates:
December 2nd and 3rd 2016
February 21st thru February 24th 2017
April 8th thru April 15th 2017
