Fees

I am proud to announce my affiliation with the Preferred Chiropractic Doctor Program (PCD). Designed for individuals and families with limited, exhausted or no chiropractic benefits or for those who belong to a limited or closed HMO who would like to experience chiropractic care.  This is not an insurance policy it is a discount program and cannot be used in conjunction with any third party pay plan.

Discount Program (PCD) - Purchase an individual discount card for $30 or a family card for $45 and take advantage of the following discounted rates and packages.
 
Discounted (PCD) Fees
 
Regular Office Visit = $25
Initial Office Visit = $75
Re-evaluations = $50
 
Discount Packages:
    Plan A (up to 12 visits per month per person)
                        Individual = $225     Family = $295
    Plan B (up to 8 visits per month per person)
                        Individual = $160     Family = $245
    Plan C (up to 4 visits per month per person)
                        Individual = $90       Family = $175
 
Anyone can join this discount program either in the office or online by clicking here . Discount crads are good for 1 year and can be renewed yearly.

Regular Fees

Are applied on a case by case basis depending on the specific care required.  We work with many major insurances.
 
Regular Office Visit = $75
Extended Office Visit = $140 + $65 ea. additional 15 minutes
Initial Evaluation = $250
Re-evaluations = $200
Time of Service Payment Discount on above Regular Fees Only = (-$50)
